Mike has served in many different capacities and levels in politics from local to national level. He serves on President Obama’s National Finance Committee, where he was one of the youngest persons to raise over a million dollars for a presidential campaign. Mike was appointed to serve as President Obama’s My Brothers Keeper Millennial Entrepreneur Champion, where he advocated and provided tools for young men of color to become entrepreneurs in the areas of sports, music, film, fashion, and technology. He was appointed to the United States Small Business Administration Council of Underserved Communities where he advocated for government, educational institutions, and financial institution to better serve millennial entrepreneurs. He serves on the Democratic National Finance Committee and was appointed by Mayor Bill de Blasio to the Mayors Fund of New York City to strengthen the public private partnership to better support he residents of New York City.
